Bring peas to boil in good amount of water
Add soy sauce, salt & stock
Once cooked remove pot from heat and blend with an electric hand blender.
Add in seasonings, olives and tofu then blend until well combined.
If you want a thinner soup, add more water as desired and blend.
*Tofu - 1 carton of Morinaga Firm Tofu. Made in Japan. Look for it at the international section at your local supermarket. Not a refrigerated product. Great product as it keeps for a long time stored in your pantry.
